Random Images From July 2017

Well that's it for another month. It's been a busy month for posting and moving back over to blogger from my own hosted site has been a pain, but we made it, and I hope lots of you have followed me across....  Anyway, to the reason you're here, here's 30 of the best random images from this month. Also I have shared July's album for you to view and share total 130 images.

Busy weekend, Chorley Flower Show and Skate Park

Good start to the school summer holidays, this weekend was Chorleys Flower Show, a local town but we have never been to the show before. Not the largest show, but very nice to see local Floristry and Food stalls. Based at Astley Park there was plenty of space and of course Astley Hall is very nice to walk around. On Sunday we took Ryan to a skate park for some much needed energy burning. He'd been looking forward to it for a week and even got up early which isn't like him lately.. He had a great time, shame we could convince his older brother to come and have some fun, but he's that way out at the moment "Nothing's Fun!"

New Media Added July 2017

New Media I have added this month to my "watch, read and listen" list, should keep me going for a while I think...... TV: Rick and Morty Season 1 The first season of the American animated television series, Rick and Morty originally aired in the United States on Cartoon Network's late night programming block, Adult Swim. It premiered on December 2, 2013 with "Pilot" and ended on April 14, 2014 with "Ricksy Business", with a total of eleven episodes.

Cosplay finds July 2017

As we are running up to the last few days of July, I thought I would for once be on time if not early with my cosplay monthly post. As some of you will know I have been posting through the month on G+ and filling my July album up (160 images total), and now is the time to post the best finds this month..  As always they excel in their creations, and easily blur the lines of cosplayers and professional costume designers/makers. What's your favourite? As always you can leave a comment below.. M ore can be found in this month's album here.

Monster Trailer Drop

A large amount of trailers have been released in the last week or so. Thought I would do a post of the ones that caught my eye.  I know that I haven't got them all, but this will keep me going all year in the films and tv viewing... READY PLAYER ONE

Lego Worlds Codes

We are a bit of a fan of Lego Worlds here at the Dixon's. My youngest will happily site and just make up his own games while running around the sandbox game. It's an amazing creative game for any fan of Lego or just building.  Anyway now that the game has been released as a full game now, and has been out for awhile I have been collecting a few of the codes you can input to unlock sets and also world codes.  I haven't tried them all but give them a go.

XCOM 2: War of the Chosen

I do love the Xcom games. I'm old enough to have played the first ones, and have loved the relaunch of the series 1 and 2. Now a new DLC is on the way called War of the Chosen. The story tells about the Chosen, a race of aliens with their own personalities and skillsets.
